WVA uses the "Medic" identifier for BLS or AEMT level ambulances followed by the number. If a Paramedic is part of the crew, it will use the "Alpha" identifier followed by the number. The cars use the "Car" identifier when an administrative or BLS provider are assigned the car. "Alpha" is used for when it is a paramedic intercept vehicle.
